Leakproof Power (LP) has been tested prior to shipping and Shower Power Pty Ltd (SP) warrants our products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Never open the cover to LP as this will void the warranty. During the warranty period SP at its discretion, warrants to repair or replace free of charge any of our products that prove to be defective on inspection by SP or its authorised service representative. However this warranty does not cover claims due to neglect, abuse, alteration or attempted repair by unauthorized personnel and is limited to failures that arise during normal use due to defects in material or workmanship in the product.
Any implied warranties including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular use as set forth in these instructions are limited in duration to the length of this limited warranty. In no event will SP be liable for incidental, consequential or other damages resulting from the breach of any express or implied warranty including among other things, damage to property, damage based on inconvenience or on the loss of the use of LP, and to the extent permitted by law, damages for personal injury. The liability of SP will be limited to the replacement of the defective product.
Use of LP is not to be considered a replacement for your Insurance Policy.
